Wyckomar designs and builds systems to provide industry standard UV dose applications as laid out by ANSI 55 and requested by EPA. Further we build UV systems to meet specific UV dose requirements as set out by industry-specific requirements as applicable. UV Disinfection in the Food Processing Industry
These types of systems employing multiple units of the models UV-100 and UV-5007 are used in a wide variety of food processing applications including manufacturing, preparation and packaging as well as bottling.
The major advantage of using this type of UV disinfection system for your process is that the system may be modified and designed to provide disinfection at high flow rates, or to provide very high UV dose applications or a combination of both.

This UV system is in place at a Canadian bottling plant and is designed to provide a very high UV dose well in excess of standard drinking water systems. The system was custom designed using our model UV-5007 sterilzers mounted in parallel to provide high volume throughput at extreme UV dose levels.

Hazardous Area Systems
There is a growing demand for water treatment in hazardous locations such as distilleries and oil-services facilities. Wyckomar can provide certified hazardous location UV treatment and filtration systems according to your requirements. Our systems are installed in off-shore platforms among other locations.



UV Disinfection in Agriculture
Healthy water means healthy livestock. Wyckomar UV systems are in use on a variety of farm water projects for cattle, poultry and other on-farm applications in Canada and the US.

Aquaculture Factory
These systems model UV-5007 are installed in an aquaculture project in Eastern Canada and are used in parallel to provide large volume flow rates along with a UV dose to kill all pathogens in the water used to raise fish. This is a recirculating system.

Greenhouse - Hydroponics
This custom UV configuration was designed for adaptation with an ozone generation system for use in the hydroponics industry in Southern Ontario Canada. Custom UV designs are required in a variety of applications when additional treatment technologies are employed. Providing a UV system that meets the needs of specific applications is our specialty.
