  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Times: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business daysfor international orders, depending on your location.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Canada Post, to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. Carrier selection will depend on the delivery destination and service speed chosen at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Canada & USA)

We offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at an additional cost).

International Shipping

We provide international shipping to select countries. Please be aware of the following:

  • Delivery times for international orders can vary based on the destination country and customs regulations.
  • Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by the destination country.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following restrictions on our shipping services:

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases. Please use a residential or business address when placing your order.
  • If a PO Box or restricted address is entered, we will contact you to update your shipping address, which may result in delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • Free shipping may be available for select domestic orders over a specified amount (details available at checkout).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs processing for international orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors, but we will do our best to keep you informed and assist with any issues.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
