Project Portfolio
Japan Bottling Plant
This UV system is integrated into a complex bottling plant in Japan. The unit was selected due to it's compact size and the combination of high-volume throughput and high UV dose applied.
Juice Maker
This UV system is designed to provide UV disinfection and filtration for the incoming water at a Canadian juice manufacturing plant. The small footprint of the design was suitable for the space available and the system is easily accessible for maintenance and cleaning.
Extreme UV Dose
This system was installed at a Canadian bottling plant and is designed to provide a very high UV dose well in excess of standard drinking water systems. The system was custom-designed using our model UV-5007 sterilizers mounted in parellel to provide high volume throughput at extreme UV dose levels.
Aquaculture Factory
These systems model UV-5007 are installed in an aquaculture project in Eastern Canada and are used in parallel to provide large volume flow rates along with a UV dose to kill all pathogens in the water used to raise fish. This is a recirculating system.
Greenhouse - Hydroponics
This custom UV configuration was designed for adaptation with an ozone generation system for use in the hydroponics industry in Southern Ontario Canada. Custom UV designs are required in a variety of applications when additional treatment technologies are employed. Providing a UV system that meets the needs of specific applications is our specialty.
General Industrial / Commercial Applications
This UV system was integrated into a building maintenance system used to provide disinfected water for a number of different uses including drinking water and lab use.
